PETNET earns ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification with Zero Non-Conformance

PETNET successfully earned an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, following audits conducted by Certification International Philippines (CIP) last December

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is an international seal of an organization’s ability to consistently provide quality products and services that satisfies the requirements of its customer and stakeholders.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification signifies a major milestone in PETNET’s Quality journey. PETNET is also at par with various global best practices such as Stakeholder Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Knowledge Management, Project Management, Communication Planning, Competency-Based Development, and 8 Disciplines of Problem Solving.

“This is a validation that PETNET is committed to provide world-class standards in its journey to provide effective, efficient and excellent quality products and services to its customers,” says Larry Ocampo, PETNET President.

The company’s quality journey started in 2016 with the management gearing towards ISO preparedness until December 2017. With the dedication of the team, PETNET was able to go through with the certification audit with Zero Non-Conformance.

“More than anything else, the ISO certification is a story of how passionate the entire PETNET team is in displaying teamwork and hard work to provide consistent and outstanding results,” says Elba Gacutan, PETNET Chief Operating Officer.

With the certification, PETNET established a solid foundation for its future as it gears to scale up in 2018 and in the years ahead.

PETNET is the company behind PERA HUB, a one-stop shop for remittances, money changing, bills payment, airline ticketing, ATM withdrawals, cell phone load, loan services, and micro-insurance. Majority owned by the Aboitiz Equity Ventures, PETNET has over 2,500 locations nationwide.
