Aboitiz Group recognized by Corporate Governance Asia for Reigniting Asia, Asia’s Best CEO
LEADERSHIP TO REIGNITED ASIA. Aboitiz Group President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sabin Aboitiz was recognized as one of Asia’s Best CEO – Investor Relations at the 12th Asian Excellence Awards for leading and inspiring the Group’s Great Transformation.
As society begins to stir from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Aboitiz Group rouses restlessly to make rapid progress and strides toward a sustainable future.
Last December 5, the Aboitiz Group was recognized by Corporate Governance Asia at the 12th Asian Excellence Awards for its achievements and excellence in management acumen, financial performance, corporate social responsibility, environmental practices, and investor relations. Appropriately, the theme for the ceremony was “Leadership: Reigniting Asia” in recognition of the role corporate leaders wield in guiding their team and the wider society.

In doing so, it is also applying such strategies in sustainability and continues to focus on being an evergreen sustainable organization firm in its belief that at the very heart of sustainability is adaptability,” noted the recognition.
Corporate Governance Asia highlighted the following: Aboitiz Group President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sabin Aboitiz as Asia’s Best CEO – Investor Relations, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Manuel Lozano as Asia’s Best CFO – Investor Relations, Head of Investor Relations Judd Salas as Best Investor Relations Professional, alongside Group-wide recognitions for Asia’s Best Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Best Investor Relations Company.
