Aboitiz companies reaffirm membership with PBSP

The Aboitiz business units Aboitiz & Co., Davao Light and Power Co., Inc., Pilmico Foods Corporation, Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation, Cotabato Light and Power Co., Cebu Private Power Corporation, and East Asia Utilities Corporation renewed their partnership with business-led non-government organization Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP). Aboitiz turned over a check amounting to P1.66 million to PBSP in a ceremony held in Taguig City recently. The Aboitiz Group and PBSP celebrate their 47th year of working together to uplift lives.

Last September, the Aboitiz Foundation, the social development arm of the group, marked its 30th year of touching lives through an integrated approach to corporate social responsibility (CSR). This strategy is a combination of projects across different program components: education, enterprise development, and  environment .
