Aboitiz Group has achieved a new milestone in corporate governance excellence, with all three of its publicly listed companies—Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. (AEV), Aboitiz Power Corporation (AboitizPower), and Union Bank of the Philippines (UnionBank)— earning Four Golden Arrows from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD).

Aboitiz Group strengthened its role as a leading advocate for environmental stewardship and carbon market development in the region through its participation in the 3rd Malaysia Carbon Market Forum (MCMF 2025)​​, a flagship regional event organized by the Bursa Carbon Exchange.

The volunteers from Aboitiz Group represented various business units, including Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Aboitiz Foundation, AboitizPower, Visayan Electric, UnionBank, CitySavings, AboitizFoods, Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP), Aboitiz InfraCapital and its subsidiaries, Unity Digital Infrastructure, AboitizLand, Aboitiz Economic Estates, and Aboitiz Construction.

The Aboitiz Foundation proudly opened the 25th Season of the Aboitiz Football Cup in Cebu, marking its silver milestone as the country’s longest-running grassroots football league. More than a celebration of football excellence, this year also underscores the Cup’s growing role in shaping sustainability champions, through the ‘Tapon to Ipon’ campaign in partnership with Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines.
