This Christmas season, the Aboitiz Foundation, through OneAboitiz, is bringing renewed hope to families in the Municipality of Liloan, Cebu, one of the communities affected by Typhoon Tino, by providing home recovery assistance to 285 families whose houses were totally damaged by the disaster.

In an effort to strengthen access to quality education in the country’s most geographically isolated communities, Aboitiz Foundation, in partnership with Huawei Technologies Philippines, Inc., Aboitiz Renewables Inc., and UnionBank of the Philippines subsidiary City Savings Bank, formally turned over a 5-kilowatt-peak (5kWp) solar photovoltaic (PV) system and a newly constructed one-classroom building to Bashoy Elementary School, a last-mile public school in the remote municipality of Kabayan, Benguet.
