UnionBank wins 4th SSS Housing


UnionBank was again honored by the Social Security System (SSS) in the 2003 Balikat ng Bayan Awards as the Best Participating Financial Institution in Housing Loans. The awards ceremony was held during the 46th anniversary celebration of the SSS.

The award is in recognition of the bank’s valuable support to SSS in its mandate to provide better services to its members. UnionBank posted the highest releases of various SSS loan programs and showed exemplary performance in terms of services to a significant number of SSS members.

UnionBank is a four-time winner of the housing loans category, bagging the SSS Balikat ng Bayan Award in 1996, 1997, 2002 and 2003.
